About
Hey, I’m Jenny
I’m a sleep and potty consultant in Salisbury, supporting families with calm, gentle, evidence-based guidance.
Parenting can feel overwhelming when things aren’t going as expected. I know how easy it is to question your instincts or feel unsure about what your child really needs. My role is to help things feel clearer and more manageable. I offer realistic, supportive guidance tailored to your child and your family, helping you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Parenting support should feel realistic, respectful, and right for your family.
I’m a mum myself, and like many parents, I’ve experienced how quickly doubt can creep in when things don’t go to plan. I know what it’s like to trawl through conflicting advice, question your instincts, and wonder whether you’re doing something “wrong”.
I created Lullabies & Leaps to offer a calmer alternative – one rooted in evidence, realism, and respect for both children and parents. My approach focuses on working with your child, not against them, and finding solutions that feel right for your family rather than forcing rigid methods that don’t fit real life.
Based in Salisbury, I support families locally and in the surrounding areas, as well as working with parents further afield. Whether you’re navigating sleep challenges, potty training, or changes to your routine, my aim is to provide gentle, practical support that feels manageable, supportive, and tailored to you.
If this feels like the right fit for your family, you can explore my sleep and potty support options here.

My Approach
My approach is grounded in evidence and built around real family life. I take time to understand your child, your routines, and what’s currently feeling hard, because there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to sleep or potty training. I focus on helping you understand why things are happening, not just what to change.
I most commonly support families with:
- Infant and toddler sleep challenges
- Frequent night waking, short naps, and early mornings
- Sleep changes during feeding or developmental transitions
- Potty training struggles – including reluctance, withholding, accidents, regressions, and school readiness
– Why work with me?
1.
Practical, pressure-free guidance
Support that fits your family, your child, and your routines – with practical guidance rooted in real life, not rigid rules or one-size-fits-all approaches.
2.
Qualified & research-informed
I’m a FEDANT-accredited baby and toddler sleep and potty training consultant, with a degree in education. My guidance is grounded in evidence and tailored to your child and your situation.
3.
Support without judgement
A calm, supportive space to ask questions, explore options, and feel reassured – without pressure, guilt, or fixed call times.
HOW I SUPPORT FAMILIES
My philosophy
“There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to sleep or potty training. Every family is different, and support should feel right for your child, your values, and your home.”
