Lullabies & Leaps provides sleep and potty learning support for parents and caregivers through personalised consultancy services, digital guides and educational resources.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a consultation, purchasing a digital product, or using services provided by Lullabies & Leaps, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Consultancy Services
3.1 Nature of Services
Lullabies & Leaps provides personalised sleep and potty learning guidance based on the information shared by parents or caregivers.
All guidance is educational in nature and based on professional training and experience. It is not intended to replace medical advice.
If you have concerns regarding your child’s health, development or feeding, you should consult your GP, health visitor or a qualified healthcare professional.
Parents are encouraged to follow recognised safe sleep guidance such as that provided by The Lullaby Trust.
3.2 Parent Responsibility
Parents remain fully responsible for decisions made regarding their child’s care and the implementation of any guidance provided.
Successful outcomes depend on a number of factors, including consistency of implementation and the individual needs and development of each child. For this reason, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
3.3 Payment
Payment for consultancy services is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Work on sleep or potty plans may begin prior to consultations depending on the package purchased.
3.4 Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of consultancy services:
- No refunds are available once a sleep or potty plan has been delivered or a support period has begun.
If a consultation is cancelled before preparation work has begun, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Lullabies & Leaps.
If preparation work has already started, time spent preparing the plan may be deducted from any refund issued.
3.5 Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a consultation or support start date, reasonable notice should be given. Every effort will be made to accommodate alternative dates where possible.
3.6 Support Periods
Where packages include ongoing support (such as WhatsApp or email support), the support period will begin on the agreed start date and run for the duration specified in the package.
Messages are typically responded to within working hours and usually within 24 hours, although response times may occasionally vary when working with other families.
Unused support time cannot be transferred, extended or refunded.
Additional support outside of the original package may be purchased separately.
4. Digital Products
4.1 Delivery
Digital guides and resources are delivered electronically and will be accessible immediately after purchase or via email download.
4.2 Refunds
Due to the instant access nature of digital products, refunds are not available once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
4.3 Personal Use Only
All digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only.
They may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, resold or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Lullabies & Leaps.
5. Physical Products (Where Applicable)
Where physical products are offered for sale through the Lullabies & Leaps website:
5.1 Product Descriptions
Every effort is made to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on device or screen settings.
5.2 Delivery
Delivery timeframes will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
Lullabies & Leaps is not responsible for delays caused by postal services once items have been dispatched.
5.3 Returns
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a return, unless the product is personalised or custom-made.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
5.4 Faulty or Damaged Goods
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact Lullabies & Leaps within 7 days of receipt so the issue can be resolved promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Lullabies & Leaps, including sleep plans, guides, downloads, website content, branding, graphics and written materials, remains the intellectual property of Lullabies & Leaps.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lullabies & Leaps shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of services, digital products or physical products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
