Personalised sleep and potty support can make all the difference when things feel overwhelming – especially when you’re exhausted and unsure what to try next. This flexible approach is designed for busy, tired parents – offering support when you need it, in a way that fits around you and your family.
Sleep Support
Calm, gentle sleep support for babies and young children (0–4 years).
Sleep challenges can look very different at each stage of early childhood – from frequent night waking in the early months to bedtime battles, nap transitions and early mornings as children grow. Every family’s situation is different, which is why the support I offer is always tailored to your child, your family life, and your parenting style.
Each package begins with an in-depth look at what’s going on for your child and family, using a detailed questionnaire and optional sleep diary to understand your routines, challenges and goals. This allows me to create a personalised written sleep plan that reflects your family’s unique needs. Alongside this, you’ll receive ongoing WhatsApp and email support, so you’re not left second-guessing or waiting for your next call – just calm, flexible guidance when you need it most.

Potty Training Support
A gentle, supportive approach to potty learning
Potty learning looks different for every child, and it’s normal for things to feel straightforward one week and confusing the next – whether you’re just beginning or already navigating challenges. My potty support focuses on readiness, confidence, and realistic expectations, offering calm, practical guidance to support both you and your child through the ups and downs of learning this new skill.
Each package begins with an in-depth look at your child and family, using a detailed questionnaire to understand your routines, challenges, and goals. From there, I create a personalised potty learning plan that reflects your child’s development and fits naturally into your family life. You’ll also receive structured follow-up support, so you’re not left second-guessing or worrying if you’re doing the “right” thing – just steady reassurance as things unfold.
You might be looking for potty support if:
- You’re unsure whether your child is ready to start potty training
- Your child is resisting the potty or toilet
- Wees are going well but poos feel much harder
- Your child seems anxious about pooing

What To Expect When We Work Together
A simple, flexible process designed to support both sleep and potty training.
Each package begins with a detailed questionnaire so I can understand your routines, challenges and goals in context – not in isolation. Where helpful, you may also complete a short sleep or potty log.
This ensures your support is truly personalised, rather than based on generic advice.
Using everything you’ve shared, I create a written plan tailored to your child, your family and the stage you’re at. This may focus on sleep, potty training, or both, depending on the support you’ve chosen.
Plans are gentle, realistic and designed to feel achievable within everyday family life.
Alongside your written plan, you’ll receive message-based support for the duration of your package.
Rather than relying on scheduled calls, support happens where real life happens – you can check in, ask questions, share updates and receive reassurance as things unfold. This flexible approach works especially well for busy parents who want support that fits around naps, work and changing routines.
My approach is respectful of your child and your parenting values. There’s no rigid method or one-size-fits-all solution, and I don’t use cry-it-out techniques.
Instead, we work together to find strategies that feel right for your family and help build confidence over time.
If you’d benefit from additional time or reassurance, support can be extended – there’s no pressure to decide everything upfront, and plans can evolve as your needs change.
Supporting your little one’s big steps.
