Personalised Sleep and Potty Support for babies, toddlers and growing families.
Whether you’re navigating frequent night waking or big transitions like potty learning, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. I’m here to help you move from uncertainty to steady, confident progress – with practical guidance and real reassurance every step of the way.

Whether it’s broken nights or big transitions like potty learning, I look beyond the surface to understand what’s really going on with your child.

I’ll build a calm, personalised plan that takes the guesswork out, tailored to your child, your routines, and what feels comfortable for you.

As things shift and progress unfolds, I’m there to reassure, encourage and guide you, so you feel supported every step of the way.

Gentle, realistic sleep support designed around your baby, your values, and your family life.

Confident, pressure-free potty training support for toddlers and preschoolers – including regressions and nursery transitions.

A calm, welcoming space in Salisbury to connect with your baby, learn soothing techniques, and meet other local parents.
Tell me what’s been happening, even if it’s just, “We’re exhausted.” I’ll listen, answer your questions, and help you decide what kind of support feels right, via live chat, WhatsApp or email, whichever suits you best.
If you decide to go ahead, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire so I can build a clear picture of your little one’s sleep or potty patterns. You can also track a short diary if you’d like to look at things more closely.
I create a tailored, realistic plan designed around your child’s age, temperament and your family’s routine – clear, manageable steps that feel achievable.
Once your plan is in place, I’ll support you as you start putting it into action. Every package includes follow-up support, with more hands-on guidance available if you’d like it – so you’re never left trying to figure it out alone.

Your sounding board, calm voice, and steady supporter
As a certified sleep and potty consultant, and mum of one, I understand how it feels when you’re running on empty, when nights are broken, days blur together, and you find yourself wondering if you’re getting it right.
That’s why I created Lullabies & Leaps: to offer gentle, realistic support that actually works. No harsh methods. No judgement. Just calm, practical steps to help you navigate sleep and potty milestones – so you can feel more like yourself again.
Because calmer nights and more confident days aren’t out of reach.
My work is family-centred and rooted in the bigger picture.
I look carefully at your child, your routine, your parenting style, and what feels realistic for your family right now. Because lasting change doesn’t come from rigid formulas. It comes from plans that genuinely fit your life.
My guidance is grounded in evidence and current research, always translated into clear, manageable steps that feel doable for busy, tired parents.
No overwhelm. No unnecessary rules. Just thoughtful, realistic support that adapts with you.
I believe children thrive with both connection and consistency.
Parents aren’t failing. More often, they’re simply exhausted and unsure where to turn. Small, thoughtful changes can make a meaningful difference with the right support.
Confidence matters. When you feel calm and clear about your next steps, your child feels that steadiness too.
My role is to guide you with reassurance, clarity, and respect for your parenting style, so progress feels sustainable, not overwhelming.

I support little ones from birth to 4 years old. Whether you’re navigating newborn nights, short naps, early waking, regressions or toddler bedtime resistance, support is tailored to your child’s developmental stage. Every family is different, so your plan will be too.
I don’t use cry-it-out or leave-to-cry approaches. My work is rooted in responsive, evidence-based practice. That doesn’t mean there aren’t boundaries or consistency, but you’ll never be asked to ignore your child or do anything that feels uncomfortable. We focus on steady, supportive changes that help your child feel secure, while building your confidence too.
Many families notice small positive changes within the first few days once consistency is in place. More meaningful, lasting improvements usually build over 1–3 weeks as new habits settle. That’s why my Lullabies sleep support plans include one to three weeks of ongoing support, depending on the level you choose. Even with lighter-touch plans, check-ins are included so you feel guided rather than left to figure it out alone.
Most families come to me feeling this way. You might have tried different schedules, adjusted bedtimes, downloaded charts, or Googled at 3am more times than you can count. That doesn’t mean you’ve failed, it usually just means you need personalised support rather than more generic advice. Together, we create a clear, realistic plan that fits your child and your family, so you’re no longer guessing what to try next.
There isn’t a “perfect” age – readiness matters more than a number. Some children begin showing signs from around 18 months, while others are closer to 3, and both are completely normal. What matters most is looking at your child’s development, communication and confidence rather than feeling pressured by timelines, and I’ll help you recognise the signs so you can start in a way that feels calm and manageable for your family.
Potty learning isn’t usually an overnight process. Many families see encouraging progress within the first few days when consistency is in place, but it’s completely normal for confidence to build over several weeks – especially outside the home or at nursery. That’s why my Little Leaps Steady Support plan includes three weeks of active support with check-ins at weeks four and six, while the lighter-touch Little Leaps Potty Plan includes three follow-up check-ins across four weeks, so you feel guided and supported rather than left to manage it alone.
Refusal is incredibly common and usually isn’t about stubbornness – it’s about readiness, control, or feeling unsure. Pushing harder rarely helps, so we focus instead on reducing pressure, adjusting language, and creating a sense of safety and choice around the process. Small shifts in timing, environment or expectations can make a big difference, and together we’ll put a clear plan in place that lowers resistance and builds confidence rather than turning it into a battle.
Accidents and setbacks are a normal part of potty learning, especially during big changes like starting nursery, illness, travel or developmental leaps. They don’t mean you’ve failed or that you need to start from scratch, they’re usually a sign something needs gently adjusting. We’ll look at patterns, tweak the approach where needed, and move forward calmly so your child feels supported and you feel clear on what to do next.
